This is Paulette reading this garbage and I would to know your name and the name of your waitress that told this lie she will be fired plus the cook that sent this out my personal number is 434 579-1088 please call and make formal complaints to me and they will be taken care of by me personally

01/15/2022 - Disappointed customer !!
Been here 3 seperate times and all three times it was terrible. Advertised as giving the customer the highest quality food and stating they do not cut corners but when you order the meatloaf special and they have none left so they scrap the burnt pieces off the bottom of the pan and expect you to eat it then something is seriously wrong. Showed the waitress and she said that she would not eat it and carried it back. Instead of offering me another substitute since all the meatloaf was gone and she had just wiped it off the menu board....they scraped the meatloaf pan again...nothing but burnt shavings and put it in a little bowl to make it look like it was something. They did this twice.... could not believe it. Waitress said that Paulette told them to do it or she would fire them. You could easily hear her fussing at them. After 3 times having experiences like this ...we will not go back !!!! To state they do not cut corners to gouge customers is an understatement !!!! Paulette .... you know better !!!
