The food at Pino's was delicious and reasonably priced, the staff were warm and attentive, ensuring our order was accurate. However, I couldn't help but notice some concerning lapses in sanitation practices during my visit, with visible dust and potential mold in the kitchen, and cooks not adhering to proper hygiene protocols. Despite this, our take-out experience was consistently enjoyable, with my children always excited for Pino's meals. With a usual 20-minute wait time for pick up, it's a convenient and affordable dining option for my family of six.

We order about once a week spending $40 or more.9 times out of10 some ones order is not right. We tell them what we want on a sub and get every thing but what we asked for. I would get food there more often but I want what asked and played for.I am on ss and a diabetic so I don't have much to eat during the day. I am disabled and someone picks my dinner up.its horrible when I don't get what I ordered !!!!!!!!

I ordered the club sandwich lunch special...the menu indicates that it is the club, fries or onion rings and a drink. I have never had a club on what I can only assume was pumpernickel bread...odd choice of bread for a club...typically white bread toast...it was mediocre at best. When paying I was overcharged: menu states $6.99 for the special, however, I was charged $8.50 plus tax, when I pointed it out, the server rang up the sandwich and fries separate to show me the deal I received...I always order water, so they actually saved money...they had no change so the tip was larger than the over inflated price. I have gone to many Pinos in the Virginia area. I can promise I will never go back to this one as it was not at all a good experience.
