It is extremely cold inside. The volume of the phone is very loud. Two customers at the counter tell us good luck because the service is extremely slow. It is about 9 pm. Only 1 other table has people seated. Floor needs sweeping. General appearance of store is rundown, particularly the restroom. Padded seats are worn out. Very disappointing.
