I have fond memories of this restaurant from my childhood, where the chicken was incredibly juicy and the service consistently friendly. The food is fresh and delicious, especially the chicken tenders and hush puppy puffs, making it a favorite for many locals.

The chicken was moist and not greasy...the sides were very tasty.at the location on Virginia Beach Blvd awhile back. ..yesterday we ate at the Pollards on Witchduck Road...greasey half-cooked chicken; the fries were great as was the coleslaw...i ordered the bread pudding to go; I should have looked at it before leaving the restaurant...the milk was curdeled and a layer of water was floating on the top..had to dispose of this mess when i got home. This rating is for the Pollards on Va Bch Blvd not for our experience on Witchduck Rd
