On Saturday night, my parents and I decided to try Rancho Viejo in Luray, VA, despite hearing mixed reviews about the restaurant's previous management. I was pleasantly surprised when my chicken burrito arrived, beautifully covered in creamy queso and bursting with flavor, making me forget to take a picture altogether. The service was friendly, and our meal, including fresh guacamole and sizzling fajitas, exceeded our expectations, leaving us eager to return for another visit.
