Traveled several miles to use my Red Robin gift certificate for a take-out order. Waited more than 15 minutes at the take out desk, fully visible to employees, and was totally ignored. I finally said loudly, "Am I invisible?" Was eventually told someone would be with me "right away." 10 minutes later Evelyn Taylor-Harris emerges to take my order. "No problem, sir, it will be ready soon," she says. Another 20 minutes goes by and manager Matt Pecko suddenly appears to inform me that the cod I ordered is not in their inventory, hasn't been for weeks. "Shouldn't I have been informed of that 40 minutes ago when I placed my order? It's right here on your menu, in plain sight, no notation that it's not available." Matt claims every employee knew it, yet I was never informed. Waste of an hour of my time and miles of gas expense. I'll use my gift card elsewhere, not here. Ever Suggest you do the same.
