I want to complain on the complainers! As a customer I am always right! The people giving bad reviews are lazy, and thinks a delivered pizza should be hot out the oven, or their that if they were overcharged, they can't challenge it with their bank! But the food is spot on delicious! Thats what people really want to know!

5 of us went to Ricco's tonight for dinner. Four of us were VERY happy with our calzone, chicken parmigiana, and stromboli. But please DON'T ORDER the lasagna!!!
It doesn't look or taste like lasagna. It looks like small square spaghetti floating in soup soup sauce. I had it 2 months ago and it was the same soup. Tonight my friend tried it and same awful stuff.
How can everything else be so good and the lasagna, a traditional Italian dish, be worse than a frozen tv dinner? Lordy!

Been there 8 times in two weeks. Pizza is good and when you order by the slice - the slice is huge - most people won’t need more than one. I’ve tried their spaghetti with meat sauce - delicious (sauce is made from scratch); Their manicotti (not their best dish); their lasagna - five star; their grilled cheese sandwich is divine; don’t order extra meat if you’re getting a sub - it already has enough meat (again, trust me on this) ... but I wasn’t as impressed with there subs as I was with other items on their menu, but I like a clean, dry sub with little sauce and well toasted - others my find them more to their favor.

Dining in, there service is great! They treat me like I’m part of the family. Phone rang constantly with call in orders and staff were constantly on the move to keep up with cooking, taking call ins, and keeping up with a loaded dining area - but I lacked for nothing the many stops I’ve made there - most often my drink was filled / plates taken away without my having to get anyone’s attention, they didn’t rush me out the door after paying, and in fact kept my glass filled when I lingered to finish reading something. The place is kept very clean and I like the decor - no matter how hard my day has been, none of that follows me once I’m through their front door.

Again! Five star dining experience in terms of taste, service, and atmosphere!

Unprofessional staff. They charged my credit card for food and did not deliver it. Very shady restaurant!!! I would not give them 1 star!!

Called for a delivery order soon as they answered I was put on hold for 15 minutes the girl I guess got back to my line I said hello 3x and she hung up called back and line was busy

been dealing with them for years. ordered a pizza for delivery and came burnt , their reply tough. will never order again

We waited for an hour to get our pizza. It was cold. We found out it had been sitting around in a to go box. To compensate us they took off $5. Sorry not sufficient. Awful experience.
