There's a fantastic local pizza shop that I absolutely love, and their dough and crust are exceptional. The service is outstanding, and while I don't eat pizza, their wings and other menu items have consistently satisfied me for nearly two decades.

The last three times I've used them they did not delivery what I ordered, including missing items from my ordered that were already paid. I got credit for the item but when I called to use the credit it was less than what I paid for the missing item. I was also charged tax on the items twice.
