I've been visiting Colonial Williamsburg for years and have always enjoyed the charming dining experience at Shields Tavern and other historical taverns. The food is delicious and the atmosphere really transports you back to the 18th century. Reservations are a must, but it's definitely worth it for a taste of southern comfort food in such a unique setting.
