Great food always

I recently discovered a wonderful Chinese restaurant in the 22508 area with delicious food and fast, friendly service. The fried chicken wings were particularly amazing, and I can't wait to return for more. The General Tsao's Chicken at Top's is the best I've ever had, with consistently great quality even with a short wait time.
