The Village Restaurant is a local favorite, especially for its delicious shrimp and steak nights. Despite summer crowds, I always enjoy dining there with family and friends.

We visited Chincoteague for the 1st time last weekend. We decided to eat at The Village for dinner our first night there.WOW--- the food was absolutely wonderful AND the portions were well worth the price. The vegetable crab soup was AMAZING! We made reservations and were seated as soon as we arrived. The hostess, waitress, and bartender were very personable and accommodating. We have decided to make day trips in the future just to eat here.
