The food at Carmel Haifa is consistently delicious. During a recent visit, we arrived close to their lunch break, but Mr. Mahmoud kindly reopened the store to serve us our carry out lunch. Their falafel platter with rice is always exceptional, with crispy falafels and flavorful accompaniments. I admire their empathy and humility, making Carmel Haifa a must-visit for anyone seeking great Mediterranean cuisine.
