I am also a former employee as of several weeks ago and I can't help but comment on the only other comment posted here. I personally have never seen anyone, manager or otherwise, drink on the job. Maybe off the clock employees will sample certain drinks so they can be descriptive when talking with guests but that's it. As far as Covid related issues, to my knowledge, if someone test positive for covid they can't return to work until they show proof of a negative test. There is a group of diverse people who work here and I've never heard or seen any kind of 'harassment' toward gay people or any one for that matter. They spray weekly for bugs and I've never seen a 'roach army'. I understand being disgruntled but don't smear others with lies as that type of thing tends to come back around on people!

I worked here for a few months. It is very unorganized. The newest manager, Amber, drank on the job in front of me at one point, and also gave free alcohol to another employee on shift. She then sent me home 1 day simply bc I told her that I would rather speak with my GM about additional training. and I was then removed from the schedule after being publicly humiliated in front of customers for absolutley no reason!! She pitched a fit like a child until a customer asked what was going on...This was 2 weeks after my father passed away and I had only been back for 2 days. They put me into a life altering situation and I am seeking legal counsel. They have already LOST 1 LAWSUIT over harassment of a gay employee! This is not uncommon practice for them!
1 hand never knows what the other is doing and they kind of make stuff up as they go. They can hardly keep managers or staff and they are so understaffed that 1 employee will be performing the job duties of several employee roles. (I.e. theres no bussers, hosts, food runner or expo) so the servers and kiosk are filling in these job roles, while also performing their own and being berated by management for small things that shouldn't even matter in such a situation. They do not sanitize much of anything but the table tops. MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY HAVE A LARGE REGULAR CUSTOMER BASE OF ELDERLY CUSTOMER'S AND WE ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO TELL ANY OF THEM HOW MANY EMPLOYEES HAVE HAD COVID, WHICH IS A LOT. AT LEAST 4 AND I HAVE THE COMPANY EMAILS TO PROVE THIS! they are also not requiring employees to get tested, even with multiple in house positive tests! And employees are typically back to work in a few days after a positive test. All they started doing after this was temp taking and asking questions about how u feel but I have seen employees complaining about their answers having been changed from "yes" to "no" on the check in form, so that they won't be sent home. They are more worried about selling Stonewall products that they are their employees or customers. The only thing worse than the COVID ARE THE ROACHES! They have them bad and I have seen other customer reviews saying the same! They pulled out the ice cart and coffee area 2 weeks ago and it was a ROACH ARMY big and small and I was often knocking them off of the bar and the food running station. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD REALLY HAVE ALREADY SHUT THEM DOWN AND EVERTHING IM SAYING IS VERIFIABLE!
