Black Eyed Sally's serves up seriously boozy cocktails that hit the sweet spot for happy hour without the chaos of a packed crowd, and their classic Creole-inspired BBQ dishes-like perfectly blackened catfish and creamy mac and cheese-keep me coming back for more.
