Brandon provided excellent service during my daughter's birthday lunch, handling our large group with kindness and professionalism while accommodating last-minute requests seamlessly. The atmosphere was enjoyable with a wide variety of games in good working condition, and the staff, including Meghan and bartender Mark, were attentive and friendly, making the experience smooth and fun. Although some minor issues like slight dirtiness and occasional glitchy games were present, the improved food quality and great deals, especially on game tokens, made it an overall fantastic outing that I would gladly return to.
