I found this Mexican bakery near E San Pablo and Belmont while picking up my stepdaughter from Camp Fresno. Despite the rundown appearance of the building, the pan dulce here is the best I've tried in Fresno. The staff is super friendly and they offer a great variety of Mexican pastries, perfect for a morning stop.
