I ordered 3 dozen large cupcakes for my partner's birthday party and it was a hit with everyone smiling. With just one phone call, everything was taken care of seamlessly. The frosting on Toot Sweet's cupcakes is truly the highlight, making every bite a celebration of life. Their efficient delivery service and exceptional customer care set them apart in a league of their own.

Three reasons: Safety, Punctuality, and Communication

Based on their gallery pictures I placed an order for a unique themed cake. What I got was a cheap looking white sheet cake. And the toppers where a mix of edible and non-edible figures. Something we discovered when a delighted child ate a piece and laughed, and then a two-year-old choked on a piece that came of a "puzzle eraser". Not fun.

The cake was delivered by a sour-looking employee 10 minutes before the party.

When I asked about the difference between the picture I saw and the cake that was delivered they wrote back saying that most people don't want to pay the higher price for those cakes. 1) they never asked, they simply assumed; 2) I don't think that half a sheet cake (for 30 kids) is worth the whopping $90 dollars I paid.
