I was trying to place a carry out order. The phone was answered promptly. Then I was asked to please hold. The phone was set down and I was left for over 20 minutes. I ended up hanging up because no one ever came back to the phone. I'm very disappointed Baan Thai, I love your food. But your service is lacking.
