Midland, TX has some surprisingly tasty eats that make lunchtime a treat! The buffet offers a solid mix of fried goodies, fresh fruit, and sweets, though I was definitely wishing for some white steamed rice to complete the experience. The sushi and shrimp stood out-especially since ocean-fresh seafood is a bit of a rarity around here-and our waiter kept everything running smoothly for a quick, fun dinner with friends.

Midland has some great spots for lunch, and one of my favorites offers a fantastic food selection at that time of day. The buffet is pretty good, but I do wish they had white steamed rice available. The sushi and shrimp were surprisingly good, especially since fresh seafood can be hard to come by in this area. The dinner setup was nice, with fried foods on one side and plenty of fruits and sweets on the other. The selection was impressive, and it was my first time there. Our waiter was attentive and kept our drinks full while ensuring our table stayed clean. I'll definitely return in the future.
