It's a shame when customers are ignored. We ordered ahead for curbside dinner for 4 for mother's day. We were traveling so we got there and calling inside as instructed at 4:10. We were told to give our parking spot number and it will be right our once it's together. After about 30 minutes and noticing people who came in and parked after us getting their food, our 7 year old was getting antsy. I tried calling in and the phone was going right to fast busy signal. Actually the cars around us in speaker phone were getting the same result. After 45 minutes I got out of our car and went to ask about our food. Many people were already upset and not getting an eta. At this point I called my wife in the car and told her to take our daughter to Wendy's across the street since she was hungry and didn't know what was going in. After an hour I was able to get an employee to check my order and they said it was cooking now. Cooking now? After an hour and made an appointment pick up time? After standing outside in the heat our food was brought out after an hour and twenty minutes. Needless to say this was not how we planned our Morhers day dinner. I emailed the restaurant the following day asking for answers as to why the order took so long, why no eta or communication was made, why their phone was busy and some kind of reason for us to come back otherwise they lost a customer. Well a week has gone by and no call or email from the owner of the store or manager. It's one thing to have a bad experience but it's unforgivable to be ignored about it. Shame on you guys. Update. Over 2 weeks have gone by, still not a word back.
