Staffing at MittaPeap (Khmer Restaurant in Tacoma, wa. have done a GREAT job.... again and again.
I am fed and satisfied. I dropped by for lunch after an interview  today.  Surprisingly when I arrived I was greeted by the owner/Chef and wait staff with warmth.
As I was exiting out of my car about 30-40ft away I heard a loud but  welcoming greeting .... "you've arrived. Welcome bong srey! We've been waiting for your arrival".

I was wow! "How did they know that I was coming?"
I came to find out that  they are very active and engaging with customers through social media. And I  had  posted in response to one of the featured dish prior to my arrival.....
I was by myself, and even though  all I had was an order of BaBaw (rice porridge) and a Thia Ice Tea, total bill came to $14.00...... but owners and staffing MADE me feel  as though I'm their million dollars  customer. 

 An undeniable welcoming and greeting with such a friendly smiles deserves to be shared and praised. Please share my experienced. And to support, promoting and lobbying Cambodian food and culture.  I'm proudly supporting authentic Khmer biz.

This place is the bomb! If you like green papaya salad you will go crazy for their green mango salad.
