Pedi un cake 3 leches con frutas el dia de ayer por el dia de las Madres y hoy voy a recogerlo y me dicen que ya lo recogieron que me pueden dar otro pero sin frutas. Desastre TOTAL. UNA VERGíœENZA LA DUEí‘A SE LA AGARRA CON LOS EMPLEADOS QUE NO HACEN FIRMAR LOS RECIBOS CUANDO VIENEN A RECOGER. Me devolvió el dinero. Y encarguí© un Cake domicano con frutas y Dulce de Leche. Riquí­simo y mí¡s Barato. Chantilly 😡🤬😡🤬

Good products, i want to believe customer service is okay not exceeding, although i have been reading too great comments about it, have my doubts about it. I was there more than a couple times(Passaic Nj) and i noticed a lady at the end of the store, behind the ice cream freezer, with certain lousy customer service and uncomfortable body language that unfortunately can be absorbed by the customer, helping customer, not the best(her) example of how to run a business, finding later days she was the owner. I remember when they were located at Union ave in Paterson where I believed the parents were in charge, all about customer service and humility.
