I have visited Via Al Paraiso several times while working in Waterbury, enjoying the convenience of their quick Dominican and Caribbean cuisine. The oxtail with yellow rice and peas, known as "rabo con moro," stood out as a delicious option among their menu offerings. The friendly and attentive service, along with the option for both dine-in and delivery, make it a practical choice for a meal in the downtown area.

Food is great. Customer service is good. Friendly atmosphere. Only thing I did not like... The owner was very rude to the employee. I was embarrassed for her. Bathroom is super clean ..but also very warm and uncomfortable. A little pricey
