I enjoy dining at Bamboo Shoot often for lunch, particularly the delicious #4 lunch special. The customer service is consistently excellent, with Ashley always anticipating my order and ensuring a pleasant experience. The variety of combination plates never disappoints, making it the best choice in the Ephrata/Soap Lake area for Chinese cuisine.

You can't order just 1 order on the family meal to order, which is ridiculous (get with the times) and it's became ridiculously bad tasting. I don't know what they're doing, but they need to do something new. Not real Chinese food

Slow, slow, slow, dirty---needs an update and a thorough cleaning. Tired decor the last time we were there. Yech. Could be a top-class restaurant, since Ephrata has hardly any places to eat. Great location, and good opportunity, though.
