The service at the Big Apple Diner was prompt and attentive, with our table quickly set and water glasses refilled. The breakfast portions exceeded our expectations, and the option for take-home boxes was appreciated. The diner's charming theme and clean environment, accompanied by nostalgic music, set a comfortable backdrop for the meal.

I had somehow forgotten about the Big Apple Diner but I'm back!! It was a pick up order. I ordered their giant burger w/ fries, it comes with 1000 Island dressing and pickles on the side, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese on an almost dinner plate sized sesame seed bun. It was so good and big enough for two people plus I like to share a few bites with my pups.
The huge order of fries (in a separate box) were fresh cut with the skin on, cooked perfectly. I can't remember who took my order but she was very nice, great phone skills (which is rare today) and made certain everything was as it should be before I left.

Bottom line is. . .I'm done with the fast food franchises, the constant no ketchup with fries, getting the order wrong and then having an attitude about it. Please consider spending your money at a locally owned business, remember "local" is not the same as locally owned. Call ahead, they will give you a time estimate and by the time you get there it will be ready.
