Ordered a to-go meal with six (6) St louis ribs, potato salad, corn bread and baked beans. The ribs were from left over ends pieces that were dry burnt to a crisp and salty. I have had good service from Branks BBQ before but not this time. Why would you fill an order for a customer burnt end pieces when the order called for six (6) good cooked ribs. I was disappointed 😞 😔 not satisfied at all. It would seem they just gave away the end pieces leftovers to get rid of them and I was the receiver. Do not plan on servicing Branks BBQ again. How can you not see this

I LOVE THEIR RIBS, BAKED BEANS, SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THEIR POTATO SALAD, WAS DISAPPOINTED, IT HAD WAY TO MUCH MUSTARD AND IT GAVE MY HUSBAND AND I HEART BURN.
