This is my favorite place to grab a burger, whether I'm with friends, on a date, or just passing through, because the atmosphere and service always impress me. Their burgers are consistently juicy and flavorful, the fries are perfectly crispy, and the shakes are thick and delicious, making every visit well worth the trip.

Two words: Everything's delicious!

Deep fried mushrooms are great. Milkshakes are top-of-the-line. everything that I've eaten there so far has been excellent and above and beyond any other hamburger joint in the city of Federal Way. 5 + Stars. The only thing I could suggest to the owners is the place doesn't look a little dingy inside. Could use some cleaning up and touching up but otherwise the food's excellent!

I thought the Burgers and Fries were Stupendously Awesome, and Fabulous!, I don't know where these other whiny babies ate, but I love this place and the food, don't change anything! Ever! P!lease!

The burgers are fairly good, but the fries are REALLY BAD! It's almost like eating pieces of potato cardboard. The onion rings taste so-so but are WAY TOO Greasy! Salads are meh!! About the ONLY Good thing about the place is that it is right across the street from our building.

Burger Express has great burgers and some very creative milk shakes an malts. Their French fries are extremely greasy though, which makes for a bad meal. The dí©cor is sort of retro, but mostly just old. They have juke boxes at the tables that do not work. I wonder why they are there. Finally, the cement in front of the door is all broken up. It is a tripping hazard that the management won't fix. My wife tripped and fell just trying to walk in the door. All-in-all, the great burgers don't make it worth my while to come there. To bad, it was a really cool place once.upon a time.
