Angela should not be allowed anywhere the customer service field. I was treated rudely, and when I identified this with her, there was a complete lack of regard (although quite appropriately, and politely stated). She then intentionally did not provide the receipt as documentation of this encounter. I'm completely disgusted with this experience.
