By's has been serving up classic, satisfying burgers and some of the best fish and chips around for decades, with fresh, crispy fish and perfectly salted fries that never disappoint. The friendly staff and quick service make it a reliable spot for a tasty meal, even if the neighborhood and decor are a bit rough-around-the-edges.

A historic diner in the heart of SoDo, where dock workers likely once gathered for hearty meals and coffee. With 70 years of history, this establishment continues to serve quality burgers, fish sandwiches, and milkshakes. Despite the slightly higher prices, the food is deemed worthy of a visit for its classic offerings and longstanding presence in the community.
