We waited in line with the rest of the other waiting customers. We love cactus and have been dining there once to twice a week. We were waiting for a booth as it’s the best place to enjoy our meal. We over Hurd the grey haired waitress with a Bob and glasses… she was promising an all ready seated and eating and drinking 4 top table a booth. Apparently the four top table did not like the one they chose. This is a first come first serve table basis restaurant bar. As we’re waiting for anywhere to sit, listening to this waitress promised them the next available booth which should have been ours, I insisted on that booth as ours it’s not our fault those people chose that table and now want a booth. I let her know we were next for the booth and it wasn’t our fault they chose that table. She came and cleaned our table very rudely! She was mad at us for expecting the next available booth when it was our turn. Because she promised it to the four top that was already seated. Very rude woman for somebody in her 50s. The food’s good but I doubt we’ll be back. We asked for our favorite waitress to serve us which she did and she was excellent as always. The gray haired waitress with the glasses is rude and does not belong in the business of serving people.
