Just to comment on what happened to me and my wife this morning when we stopped by for lunch.
It was about 2:10 pm on Saturday March, 12th.
We encountered a femfale employee who took our orders to be very rude. She was wearing a blue shirt, Latino looking.
The problem was that she did not get our orders correctly and we by one extra medium drink and when we tried to tell her that we only needed one drink instead of two, she asked said "but I asked you this before and you said that you wanted two drinks".
During the conversation, she looked very angry and frustrated
at us as if we did not know how to speak English and I thought
it was the other way around.
Anyway, she could have just say something as nice as "OK, I will change it for you or, no problem and correct our order",.
It was so easy and simple.
She needs to be retrained on how to deal with visitors and disciplined once more and for all. If not, she could be a horrible image to the DQ esp. the one she works at.
DQ is one of our favorite fast food restaurants and which we frequent most often and for some 20 years we never had such
a bad experience as we did today at this DQ at 6811 132nd Ave. Ne. Kirkland Wa 98033. It was real bad that we lost our appetite.
Please take necessary steps to correct this individual before she does it to other customers and more importantly cause substantial damages to this particular DQ's image.
Our experience with her today, not only it upset us with this DQ, but to all of them, somewhat.
