The food at El Mejor Taquito was pretty good, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Prices have gone up recently - burritos are now $8 without any sides, and a chicken quesadilla with rice and sour cream is $10. Also, there's a $1.23 extra charge for using a credit card. Despite that, the food was made fresh and the sauces were full of flavor and spice. It's a solid spot in Sunnyside for a satisfying meal.
