Recently tried the beef jerky at Fischer Meats in all three flavors - smokey, pepper, and sweet. The jerky was a hit with my family, particularly the smokey flavor. The quality of the meat was exceptional, with a superb flavor and texture that wasn't overly dry or tough. The shop offers a wide selection of meats, and I found their marinated flank steak and frozen "take&bake" chickens to be some of my favorites.
