They are vary disrespectful I been trying to call them about the whole wrong order that they gave me I call and they just hang up on me they are vary rude I can even get one word in and they hang up I'm starting to get vary frustrated I order food to feed my family and had to just eat sandwiches I been vary bugged I want to call the corporate office I can't believe that they treat paying customer like that but Im about to go over there an let them know how bad they are or maby just call there corporate office an let them know that they have no care in the world I work hard for my money and for them not to make it right is so bugged

I've never had an issue at this KFC. Great service and Great food. Keep up the Great work KFC. I'm going today and picking up a big bucket of chicken and the fixins and watching some Nascar. ðŸ‘😎

Ive grown up eatin kfc but On 3 seperate visits i was highly disapointed at this location. Not the employees. Food quality, size of chicken and order wrong(short on chicken). Called store first time and got "oh,sorry ". 2nd time short on pieces called the number on reciept ,no response.3rd and last time short pieces called number on reciept and the store and got......"oh sorry". So now i am a churches fan.

stopped by taco bell/kfc tonight. couldn't get anyone to wait on me at the counter. they were all in the back doing what i don't know. went to the drive up and spoke with the manager on duty sandra. I asked her for the cooperate number. she advised me that its not a a cooperate store. I asked her for the number of who i need to contact. She advised me i was rude and refused to give me any information. I then walked back inside to get the phone number of who i needed to contact. Sandra advised the store employee that they don't have a number i can call..If this the way the managers handle a customer concern no wonder the employees feel like they don't have to provide customer service either.
