Maybe it was an off day, but then gave it a second chance. Service in the day not good service at night more geared to the bar crowd. You need to get in with the bartenders then you get more for your buck as drinks go and often a free beer or two was my observation. Food is okay. Good burger. Parking depends on time of day. Also the theme is submariner has some submarine memorabilia. Gave it a two for slow service and also not paying attention to someone not a regular or known by bartender.
