Absolutely the best service great pizzas, we live out of town when we come to see my son we stop at the loon Lake pizza and ice cream does staff is so friendly and helpful I'd give them five stars any day of the week

These guys are awesome!
I always say just 1 or 2 pieces, but that leads to a couple more!
Always fun and great folks in and out all day.

I live in the area. They have kick -ss pizza. They have for as long as I can remember. If you realize how much this pie weighs, you will use due care and caution putting it in your oven. If you don't, that's on you and your oven door. Don't be a Richard and blame someone else. Good food, people and very memorable. Bon appetit !!!

The worst customer service and pizza. I live in this community ans support small businesses but when I am treated rude by the employees then I will take my business elsewhere. On June 23rd I picked up a take and bake pizza. I brought it home and as I was putting it into the oven a chunk of the pizza broke off and landed on my oven door. I pulled it back out and more chunks started coming off. I weapped up the pizza and called them. The young lady who answered accused me of being rough with the pizza. I told her I just wanted a new pizza. I brought it back. One of the young ladies apologized and handed me another pizza. As I was about to leave and at this point all was fine. Then the young lady said "Can I ask you a question?" Did you hold the pizza like this?. She had one hand above her head . I responded with" no." I was so insulted that she questioned how I held the pizza like it was my fault. This is not the first time I have got crappy crust. The young lady even admitted on the phone that their crust has been bad. How unprofessional to ask that type of question in front of all the customers. I told the employees I am 42 and know how to handle a pizza and left. Never again will I support this business.
