Ventured into the heart of Pasco for some Mexican cuisine, cruising down the familiar streets of "Main St." that felt more like Lewis St. My visit to Mi Hacienda felt like a quiet interlude, with only one other couple lingering in the vintage diner-like setting adorned with intriguing artwork and the backdrop of soothing mariachi tunes. Opting for a grande margarita with a dash of Tres Generations tequila, I explored the diverse menu that tempted me with unconventional offerings like Cabeza and eventually settled on the flavorful lengua, served with homemade corn tortillas and a side of vibrant green salsa. Despite the subdued ambiance, the restaurant's potential for lively music and dancing intrigued me, leaving me curious about the hidden rhythms that might bring this quaint spot to life.
