The dishes at On Rice offer great flavors and are a staple in the Bellingham area. I usually opt for the Yellow Curry White Rice but recently tried the delicious Phad Se Ew with Shrimp, which had tender shrimp, flavorful sauce, and perfectly cooked noodles alongside white rice.
