I swung by Pho So 1 for some Bun Bo Hue and Viet iced coffee. The coffee was sweet, but if you've got a sweet tooth, it's perfect. The Bun Bo Hue was flavorful and really hit the spot, but my girlfriend thought it was just water with seasonings - can't please everyone, right? Overall, it's a solid spot for pho and bun bo hue in Seattle, definitely worth a visit!
