I visited this place twice in the last three weeks and tried their Pho Ga, which had a flavorful broth. The staff quickly seated me and took my order. I also had the Chicken Pho and was suggested to try a spring roll instead of something fried, which I appreciated. The service was friendly and prompt, and the menu is straightforward with options like Bo Kho beef stew. The seafood pho I ordered had a rich and savory broth, although it lacked the scallops mentioned on the menu. The portion of noodles was a bit heavy, and I wished for more onions and garnish. Overall, I would rate it 3-4 stars. The Pho Tai restaurant offers a warm and satisfying Beef Stew soup with excellent beef chunks, complimentary veggies, and egg noodles. They provide great pho at a reasonable price, including a veggie broth for vegans. My family and I enjoyed their pho and bun noodle dishes, although the fresh rolls were mostly filled with noodles and lacked other ingredients. The dipping sauce, however, was tasty.
