The owner of the Pizza Factory was very rude and disrespectful to me. She kicked me out, not for rude or unreasonable behavior, but for the fact that when I was told I needed to pay an additional $4 for a pizza that I had already paid for, and made the statement " I wish I would have known this before, I would have ordered a cheaper pizza". They do have cheaper pizzas on the menu. She then said she would refund my money and I could go somewhere else, along with other rude words and gestures.
