After hiking to the fire tower, my boyfriend and I decided to grab dinner at the hotel. Despite the slightly higher prices, the bison meatloaf, mashed Yukon potatoes, and mixed vegetables were incredibly satisfying. The restaurant had a fancy atmosphere with a gentleman playing the piano, making it a charming stop for a meal in the Ashford area near Mt. Rainier.
