I had eye surgery and needed help ordering over the phone. I was made to feel bad for not figuring out how to order online and then after he apologized when he found out I had surgery, they made the worst chicken burgers I ever had in my life. They were burned, the bread was mushy, it was the worst mess to eat. So sad.
