Usually the food is good but their customer service sucks. You can't get a hold of a person to see where your order is or if your order is wrong. If you do they are really rude.

JUST WAITED OVER 2 HOURS FOR A COMPANY ORDER TO RECEIVE A COLD SUB THAT WAS MADE IMPROPERLY. THE ORDER TICKET WAS ATTACHED TO THE SANDWICH STAINED WITH SOMEONE'S SAUCE. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE CORRECT SO APPARENTLY THEY DON'T READ THEM?
