Strolling around Pikes Market and the surrounding area, my friends and I had the pleasure of sampling various food offerings from casual eateries. One standout was a spot where we discovered some of the most delicious deep-fried oysters we had during our trip to Seattle. These oysters were generously sized, impeccably cooked, and encased in a light Panko coating that enhanced their natural flavor. Additionally, we couldn't resist trying the deep-fried scallops, which were small in size but boasted a rich, buttery taste that left us wanting more.
