The gyoza and katsu mushroom ramen blew me away with their rich, savory broth and perfectly chewy noodles that didn't get soggy. The cozy vibe and friendly staff made it a chill spot to enjoy a warm bowl, especially on a rainy Seattle day. I've already got my next visit planned because the flavors and atmosphere here are just that good.
