I always enjoy coming here for the fresh, customizable stir fry with friendly service and a clean, energetic atmosphere. The only issue I've had recently is the garlic burning in my stir fry, so if anyone has tips on how to avoid that, I'd love to hear them before my next visit.

I have noticed that the garlic I add to my stir fry at The Iron Grill has been burning on my recent visits. I wonder if I may be using too much garlic or if the food needs to be stirred more frequently to prevent this issue. The restaurant offers a generous portion of food, and while it may not be a place to linger, the contemporary ambiance and friendly staff make it a convenient stop for a satisfying meal.
