The Shire enveloped us in a warm, inviting atmosphere, with stunning bar woodwork and exceptional food that left us eager for more. Despite the initial gloominess, the service shone brightly, and every dish we tried, from the Seared Ahi Tuna to the coconut crusted cod, was a testament to the chef's passion and skill.
