Tried the salmon and chirashi bowls available only for takeout, and the quality and price were impressive-especially the $25 salmon bowl. My first omakase experience here was unforgettable, with 19 courses of expertly prepared fish, plus extra dishes like tempura and grilled cod that blew me away. The chefs were welcoming and informative, making the meal both delicious and educational, and the friendly service added to the warm, intimate atmosphere that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in Seattle.
