Service is exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff who make you feel welcome despite the casual and cozy setting, although it can get a bit chilly inside. Be prepared for a wait during peak times and remember that the restaurant operates on a cash-only basis, but an ATM is conveniently available on site.

Great food, great value - great place.
There's a reason why people line up at Giacomo's on a Tuesday night when the other places up and down Hanover St are empty.
